I am a lover of champagne. The the reason for drinking it, the carbonation, the color and very important, the glasses. I know champagne is better served in flutes to limit the contact with air, as it makes the bubbles fizzle out quickly. But…I am a stylist, so I prefer coupes. More and more restaurants share my opinion and serve it in old fashioned coupes. Makes me happy!
